This is a prototype of the game "Boreas" - a story about an old sailor who decides to take part in a big sea regatta. Steer the ship, solve puzzles, build relationships with the locals and find the way to your dream.
This is the first project of our studio and we really need your feedback to understand in what direction we should develop the game!

Download the archive and unpack it with Winzip/7zip or equivalent. Open the newly created folder and doubleclick the executable "Boreas.exe".

The demo left quite an impression. In this demo, you take on the role of a charming old sailor. The game's cozy art style provides a warm and immersive atmosphere, making it easy to get lost in its captivating world. At the same time, the visuals, even in this early stage, are truly breathtaking, and the storms in the game are both terrifying and impressive.
One challenge of the demo was the unclear ship repair and maintenance mechanics, which made operating the ship and winning the regatta a bit confusing. However, I'm hopeful that the full release will provide a more comprehensive tutorial and a user-friendly interface.
Despite these issues, I'm excited to play the full game. The potential for a fantastic sea adventure is clear, and with some refinements, this game will be amazing both for those who love a cozy art style and competitions.
